With the Social Planner users can keep a more active presence on social media, one of the tools that will help is the Recurring Post scheduling. This will help you create evergreen content across social media platforms in a streamlined way.

This feature allows you to schedule posts at your desired frequency, whether daily, monthly, or yearly, and customize specific days, date ranges, and post times according to your preferences. Just like with any post you can use the AI features in your account to create engaging and relevant content and enhance your posts with visuals. If you like the more traditional route for content creation you could add images or other media from your library.

How to Use This Feature?

Creating a new post

Click the Create New Post button and select the desired social platform in the next step.

Once you're happy with your post choose the "Recurring Post" option.

Select the frequency (day, week, month, or year) and customize your scheduling preferences, including the dates for posting (Date Range) and the exact time you want the post to go live (Post Time).

To schedule your recurring post click the blue button.

Editing Options

Once you have scheduled a post you can access the Recurring Posts tab to edit the parent post, changing the time and date ranges for all recurring posts. To open the editing options click on the three-dot icon.

If you manage your posts through the Open Planner view you can edit the Parent Post by clicking on the three-dot icon of any post in that series.

Individualy Scheduled Posts

By accessing the Scheduled Post tab your scheduled posts appear separately, enabling independent editing without affecting other posts.

📌NOTE: Please adhere to platform guidelines regarding recurring and automated posts. Being aware of platform policies and audience engagement is the best way to ensure your content stays relevant and is not flagged as repetitive.

Now that you know how to use this power tool, you can start effortlessly planning long-term content strategies, ensuring your brand stays in front of your audience without constant manual efforts. Seasonal Offers, celebrating anniversaries or holidays, and reminding your customers of recurring events are the perfect examples of how to use them.
