Log into Your HighLevel Account:
- Open your HighLevel account and navigate to the dashboard.

- From the dashboard, go to the "Settings" menu.
- Click on "Snapshots" to open the snapshots management section.
Import the Snapshot:
- Select the option to import a new snapshot.
- You will need to upload the Small Business Snapshot file provided by Extendly.
Configure the Snapshot:
- Once the snapshot is imported, follow the prompts to configure it.
- This involves mapping data fields and customizing settings to match your business needs.
Activate the Snapshot:
- After configuration, activate the snapshot to start using it.
- Ensure all settings are correctly applied and test the snapshot to verify it integrates seamlessly.
Customize and Optimize:
- Customize the snapshot according to your specific business requirements.
- Adjust workflows, forms, and automation settings to align with your processes.
