Add voicemail recording to the workflow

Steps to Customize Voicemail Messages:

Access the Workflow:

  • Navigate to the B-006-WF-1.2. Call Occurred -> Continue Trying workflow containing the voicemail drop.

Locate the Voicemail Drop:

  • Find the voicemail drop action within the workflow.
  • Note that this workflow contains a placeholder audio file.

Replace the Placeholder Audio:

  • Upload your custom voicemail file to replace the placeholder.
  • Ensure the voicemail is clear and concise.

Use a Sample Script:

  • Here is a sample script for a voicemail under 10 seconds:
    • "Hey this is John from XYZ Company. You can reach me at 555-555-555. Following up on your call back request for 'XYZ Offer'. Talk soon!"

Save and Test:

  • Save your changes and test the workflow to ensure the voicemail drop functions correctly.

Optional: Remove Voicemail Drops:

  • If you do not wish to use voicemail drops, simply delete this action from the workflow.

By customizing your voicemail messages, you provide a consistent and professional touchpoint for your callers, enhancing their overall experience.
