The Efficiency Section offers a detailed analysis of the outcomes achieved by each agent within your organization. This section highlights key metrics, such as total sales value, average sales duration, and sales velocity, enabling you to optimize your sales processes.

Open the Agent Reporting section, then scroll to the Efficiency section to locate this feature.

Filters

To view data for particular users, analyze performance across various periods, and/or compare metrics for multiple users, utilize the filters on the upper panel.

For detailed guidance on how to use these filters, please refer to the overview of the Agent Reporting tab.

Key Metrics

Total Sales Value

This metric represents the total revenue generated by an agent, providing a clear measure of their contribution to your organization's financial success.

Average Sales Duration

Indicates the average time an agent takes to convert a lead into a paying customer, offering insights into their efficiency in closing deals.

Sales Velocity

Tracks the pace at which prospects move through the sales pipeline, ultimately leading to revenue. This metric reflects the overall health and productivity of an agent’s sales process while pinpointing areas where improvements may be needed.
