The Leaderboard offers a detailed view of your team’s performance in managing opportunities and securing successful deals. This feature provides an organized platform for comparing agents, highlighting their names, rankings, and total accumulated points.
Navigate to the Reporting section of your account and select the Agent Report tab from the upper panel. Here, you will be able to view the Agent Leaderboard.
Key Features
Filter
The filtering option allows you to sort agents based on opportunity ownership or success in converting opportunities into sales. Selecting the Most Won Opportunities filter enables you to quickly identify the agent who achieved the highest number of successful deals while selecting most opportunities enables you to determine the agent with the highest number of leads.
Rank
This column displays the position of each agent within the team, offering a clear representation of their standing in comparison to peers.
Agent Name
The Agent Name column provides the full names of team members, ensuring easy identification and association of performance metrics.
Points
The Points column highlights the accumulated scores for each agent, reflecting their contributions and overall impact on team success.
