The Agent Report provides a centralized platform to monitor and evaluate the actions performed by users within your organization. This section offers a detailed view of key performance indicators, including opportunities, conversions, SMS and email campaigns, leaderboard standings, call metrics, and overall efficiency. By analyzing this data, you can gain actionable insights into the productivity and effectiveness of each team member, empowering you to make informed decisions and optimize performance across the organization.
Head to the Reporting section of your account, then click “Agent Report” on the upper panel.
Key Features
User
The User dropdown menu allows you to select a specific team member from the list. Once chosen, you can monitor their performance metrics in detail, enabling focused analysis of individual contributions.
Date Range
The integrated calendar feature enables you to filter data by a specific time frame. By selecting your desired date range and confirming with the green checkmark button, you can view metrics for the specified period.
Comparing Reports
To perform a deeper analysis, you can compare data from two different time ranges, such as the current month versus the previous month. This feature helps you identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions about user performance over time.
Fetching User Report
Click the Fetch button to update the report with the most recent statistics on the selected user. This ensures that your analysis is always based on the latest available data, supporting accurate and timely decision-making.
Reporting Dashboard Overview
- Opportunities: View the number of opportunities the selected user has handled, including converted customers, disqualified leads, and lost opportunities. Percentages are also displayed for a clearer understanding of performance.
- Conversions: Analyze the leads managed by the user across different pipelines and their respective stages.
- SMS: Review statistics related to SMS campaigns executed by the user.
- Email: Examine metrics for email campaigns run by the selected user.
- Leaderboard: Compare the user's performance against other team members.
- Call Metrics: Gain in-depth insights into calling activities, including manual, automated, and dialer calls, as well as incoming call data.
- Efficiency: Evaluate the overall performance of the user, including productivity and impact.
