The AI Employee is a comprehensive suite of features designed to enhance user experience and streamline operations. It includes Voice AI (AI Agents), Conversation AI, Reviews AI, Funnel & Website AI, Content AI, and Workflow AI Assistant.

Two pricing models are available for accessing AI Employee features: a usage-based model and a monthly unlimited plan. The details are as follows:

Pay Per Usage

• Voice AI: $0.13 per minute
• Conversation AI: $0.02 per message
• Reviews AI: $0.08 per review
• Content AI: $0.09 per 1,000 words and $0.06 per image
• Funnel AI: $0.99 per funnel
• Workflow AI Assistant: 30 credits per day

Monthly Unlimited Plan

• $97 per month

Enabling AI Employees for Your Agency and Sub-Accounts

To enable the "AI Employee" feature for your agency, navigate to the "Company" tab in your Agency Settings.

Scroll down to find the "AI Employee" feature and enable it using the toggle.

With the AI Employee enabled, you can customize offerings for individual sub-accounts based on client usage and requirements.

📌 Note: Once enabled, this feature cannot be disabled.

Managing Access to the AI Employee Feature for Sub-Accounts

To manage access to your sub-accounts' “AI Employee” feature, scroll down in the Agency Settings to find the "AI Employee" option on the left sidebar.

Here, you can view your sub-accounts, with a toggle button next to each to enable or disable the "AI Employee" option for each sub-account.

Additionally, you can enable or disable rebilling for each sub-account and set the rebilling amount. 

You can activate the toggle to specify the rebilling amount. For example, if set to 2.5X, your customer will be charged $2.50 for every $1.00 incurred.

Once you have set the pricing, save your rebilling amount by clicking the "Enable Rebilling" button.

In addition to usage-based pricing for each AI product (except for AI Agents), the AI Employee offers an unlimited monthly plan for each sub-account at $97 per month.

Setting Pricing Models for Unlimited Monthly Plans

To set your pricing model for offering an unlimited monthly plan to your customers, navigate to the "Reselling" tab within Agency View, then scroll down to find the "AI Employee Reselling" option, where you can customize your offering.

Enter the desired price in the "Your Price" field, then proceed to save your changes.

Customers will then be able to view the Unlimited Monthly AI Employee plan within their sub-accounts under the following areas:

• Conversation AI
• Voice AI
• Content AI
• Reviews AI
