The Analytics Dashboard within the Prospecting Tool provides invaluable insights into your performance, helping you monitor essential metrics like reports, conversions, and leads, all from a centralized location. Whether you're looking to optimize your campaigns, measure ROI, or evaluate report engagement, this tool is designed to streamline the analysis process and guide your strategic efforts.

How It Works

Navigate to the Prospecting Tool within Agency View, then click on the Analytics section in the main dashboard.

Adding a Prospect

Add a Prospect by searching their business name or location after you have clicked this button. Additionally, you can search for virtual stores by entering their Google Maps Page URL.

Date Range 

Use the Date Range filter to refine the results and focus on the specific timeline you wish to analyze.

Analytics

View your key metrics and reports within the Analytics Dashboard. These include: 

  1. Number of Reports Generated in the specified timeframe. 
  2. The Percentage of prospects who have been converted to a client. 
  3. The number of leads obtained from the reports.
  4. The number of times a user viewed the Marketing Audit Report.

These metrics are also presented through donut charts, line graphs, and tables for clear visualization. By default, these visualizations display combined data from both the Prospecting Tool and Form Widgets. To focus on a single data source, simply deselect the other sources from the view.

Additionally, monitor the reports created through embedded forms on your website in the Recent Form Submissions table to assess the performance and effectiveness of your lead-generation efforts.

Finally, you can determine which prospect reports garner the most attention in the Most Viewed Reports section, providing valuable insights into highly engaged prospects and identifying your most promising opportunities.
