Announcements allow you to manage the banners about important and promotional details. The Announcements Banner can be turned off by the agency owner for a few optional ones, allowing the agency to control what its clients will see.

To view them, navigate to the Announcements section in your Agency Settings.

To disable an announcement, toggle the Status button off.

To find a specific notification, you can use the search bar (1) or click the three-line icon to filter the results (2).

Some notifications can't be disabled; these will be highlighted by a faded button.
