Assign a user within the APPT canceled workflow

Access the Workflow: Navigate to the B-007-WF-6.1. APPT Cancelled > Let's Reschedule workflow.

Assign to User Step: Within the workflow, locate the "Assign to User" step. This step allows you to designate a specific user to manage follow-up tasks. You can assign this task to an admin, receptionist, or any other appropriate team member.

Assign Follow-Up Task: Once the appointment is canceled, the workflow will automatically assign a follow-up task to the designated user. This task could involve rescheduling the appointment, contacting the client for further details, or any other necessary action.

Seamless Communication: By assigning follow-up tasks to a designated user, you ensure that there's clarity and accountability in managing canceled appointments. This promotes seamless communication within your team, as each member knows their responsibilities.

Booking into Sales Calendar: Optionally, you can configure the workflow to book the contact into a sales calendar after the follow-up task is completed. This step would reassign the contact back to the salesperson for further action, ensuring continuity in the sales process.
