Manage your B2B relationships, from start to finish, making it easy to power onboarding, renewals, and account management with the help of workflows by using Company-based triggers. The “Company Created” trigger will let you start the process when a contact-associated record or manual action creates a new Company. Let's learn how to use it.
Creating Your Workflow
Start by navigating to the Workflows tab inside the Automation section. In there, click + Create Workflow and select Company-based workflow.

Click Add New Trigger and select Company Created from the Company options.

Click + Add Filters to further limit which companies trigger the workflow.

Pick from the standard fields to specify which phrase it should contain, or ensure the field is not empty by selecting your operator.

Once you've set your desired filters, click Save Trigger.

Add any actions you see fit, and you're done. This helps you automate entire company-level workflows, not just individual contacts, making it easy to keep Companies, Contacts, and Custom Objects in sync. Building workflows that affect all associated contacts when a new company is created.
