Within the Content section of the Social Planner, you can view all posts created in your account. Whether uploaded via CSV, pending review, or part of your template library, this section provides an overview of each post's details. Navigate to the Social Planner to access this feature.

Settings
To manage the Social Planner settings, select the Gear icon. This will direct you to the settings page, where you can configure your social accounts and notification preferences.
New Post
By clicking on +New Post you can create and publish posts for the connected accounts.
CSV
The CSV section displays all posts created through CSV file uploads. It provides columns for the CSV file name, upload status, number of posts, last updated date, and associated social accounts, enabling efficient management of each post.
Recurring
In the Recurring section, you can view posts scheduled for repeated posting, along with key details such as the post caption, media, status, number of posts, date range, posting frequency, and linked social accounts. Click the actions dropdown next to the relevant post to create a duplicate.
Review
View the configured caption, background, review source, minimum rating criteria, posting frequency, and associated social accounts for each review post in this section.
RSS
View details of your RSS posts, including the post URL, posting frequency, last updated date, maximum posts per update, and the associated social account.
Template Library
This section displays your saved templates, allowing you to view the associated CSV name, template status, last updated date, and the social accounts where the template has been posted.
Approval
Posts awaiting approval from users in your account are displayed in this section, allowing each user to review and approve posts seamlessly. You can view the configured caption, media, post creation date, the user who created the post, the designated approver, and the associated social accounts for the post.
Use this feature to manage, review, and schedule posts efficiently while accessing settings, creating new posts, and handling approvals seamlessly.
