Create Group Hashtags within the Social Planner

In the dynamic realm of social media, hashtags play a pivotal role in enhancing content visibility and expanding your audience reach. A well-crafted hashtag strategy can significantly boost engagement and categorize your content effectively. The Social Planner, equipped with robust features, allows you to take your hashtag game to the next level by creating and utilizing hashtag groups.

Crafting Hashtag Groups

Navigate to the Social Planner tab inside the Marketing section, click + New Post then select “Create New Post” to initiate the process.

Within the Post interface, you can add hashtags,  by clicking the # symbol which triggers a pop-up that prompts you to provide details for the new hashtag group.

Add a distinctive Name for the set, offering a quick identifier for your grouping.

Add the specific hashtags you want to associate with this set by typing the name in and then hitting enter.

 

You have the flexibility to include multiple hashtags, adhering to the maximum limit of 30 hashtags per post.

Click on 'Save and Apply' to preserve the hashtag group.

Applying The Hashtag Group

With your hashtag group saved, creating new social posts becomes more efficient. You can seamlessly integrate your saved hashtag grouping whenever you initiate a new social post. To use the created hashtags create a new post by following the previous steps.

Click the hashtag icon to open the pop-up window within the post-creation interface.

Select the Hashtags group's name from the drop-down menu then click apply to add the hashtags to your post.
