Decide if calendars book a phone call or a virtual meeting link

Understand Default Assumptions: High Level's calendars and automations typically assume that a phone call is being booked by default.

Preference for Virtual Meetings: If you prefer to use virtual meetings instead of phone calls, you'll need to adjust the workflows linked to this setup task: B-007-WF-3.1. APPT Confirmed - Schedule A Call With Us -> Reminders, B-007-WF-5.1. APPT Confirmed - Team Calendars -> Reminders, B-007-WF-4.1. APPT Confirmed - Quick Meeting/Call 15 Minutes -> Reminders.

Remove Call Actions from Workflows: Within your High Level dashboard, locate the workflows associated with calendar bookings. 

Remove Phone Call Actions: Review the steps within these workflows and remove any actions that initiate phone calls. Instead, replace them with actions that schedule virtual meetings.

Save Changes: Once you've adjusted the workflows to reflect your preference for virtual meetings, make sure to save your changes.

Test the Workflow: It's a good practice to test the updated workflows to ensure that virtual meetings are being booked correctly without any issues.
