You can effortlessly create and send documents or contracts directly from your mobile app using predefined templates. This feature ensures you stay productive on the go, providing seamless access to your templates for quick document generation and distribution.
📌Important Note: Before using this feature on the mobile app, ensure your document templates are saved on the web platform since the mobile app does not support creating templates from scratch currently.
How It Works
Access the Documents and Contracts Section
Open the mobile app, and click the hamburger menu.
Tap the Documents and Contracts option from the list.
View Existing Documents and Templates
Browse the All Documents section to view drafts and sent documents.
Switch to the Templates tab to access saved templates for document creation.
Create a New Document
Tap the floating "+" button at the bottom-right of the All Documents screen to initiate the document creation process.
Select a document template from your library, then proceed to the next step.
Update the document name, then add the required contact(s) for the document.
Optional: Add Items from the Product Catalog
Include items if you are generating a quote or estimate.Â
📌Note: This step is optional and can be skipped if not needed.
Review and Send
Carefully review the document details for accuracy, and add a discount if applicable. Once finalized, send the document via email or generate a unique link for sharing.
