How to Use the Domain Purchase Feature
Access the Feature
Navigate to Agency Settings > Company Tab, and toggle on Enable Domain Purchase to activate the feature across all accounts.
After reviewing and agreeing to the terms and conditions, check the corresponding box and click Enable to activate the feature.
This will enable the feature for all subaccounts in your agency. To manage the subaccounts with access to this feature, navigate to the Domains Purchase section within Agency Settings. Agencies can also take advantage of rebilling by passing domain purchase costs to sub-accounts and adding a markup, creating an additional revenue stream while offering valuable services to clients.
Select multiple subaccounts from the list to update subaccounts in bulk.
Purchasing a Domain
After enabling the feature, navigate to the Settings of the subaccount you wish to add a domain to, then open the Domains tab. Click the Purchase a Domain button to initiate the process.
Use the search bar to verify domain availability.
The platform will then display several options for you to choose from. Click Buy to complete the purchase directly within the platform.
Managing Domains
After purchasing a domain, go to the Domains Page and click Configure to view all available options.
You can easily modify DNS records, including A, CNAME, AAAA, MX, and TXT records, with a single click.
📌 Note: For any sub-account product, the domain connect flow will automatically authorize and add records if the domain is purchased through the platform.
Domain Purchase Eligibility
Agencies on any plan ($97, $297, $497, and their annual counterparts) can enable the Domain Purchase feature. Once enabled, locations within the agency can directly purchase domains from the platform.
Supported TLDs
A wide variety of top-level domains (TLDs) are supported, powered by Cloudflare. These include popular domains like .com, .net, .org, .io, and .app, as well as niche TLDs such as .fitness, .lawyer, .digital, and many more, catering to industry-specific needs.
