The Estimates trigger activates a workflow based on specific events related to estimates, making it valuable for automating follow-up actions, notifications, and responses tied to customer interactions with your estimates.

To add this trigger to your workflows, go to the Automation tab and select Workflows in your account. From there, either choose an existing workflow or create a new one.

Select the option to add a new trigger, then proceed to select the Estimates option from the Workflow Triggers list.

Proceed to update the name of the Trigger within the Workflow Trigger Name field to accurately reflect its intended purpose.

Click the + Add Filters button to refine the trigger criteria. Available standard field options include filtering by estimate status, estimate value, or the template used.

Once you have chosen your preferred standard field, choose the corresponding operator from the dropdown menu.

If you selected the "Is" or "Is Not" operator, choose the appropriate status or template when prompted. For the Estimate Value option, input the required value after selecting the Greater Than, Equal To, or Greater Than or Equal To operator. You can choose between Accepted, Declined, Invoiced, Sent, or Viewed.

Save the trigger and begin adding actions to your workflow!

By following these steps, you can efficiently configure the Estimates trigger in your workflows to automate important actions and responses based on customer interactions with your estimates.
