TECH CALL (1st call)

MAKE SURE THERE IS A SUBACCOUNT FOR THE CLIENT

Go to main agency account
go to the team and look for the client with the following criteria:
1. name
2. last name
3. email
4. look for an account with their domain name 
5. go to survey submissions and see what business name they provided and look for an account under that name

If you cannot find a subaccount - the call will need to be rescheduled and agency owner will need to be notified

 
 

MAKE SURE THE CLIENT HAS A USER IN THEIR SUBACCOUNT

If client does not have a user - create one on the spot and make it account admin 

 
 

ASK CLIENT TO SHARE THEIR SCREEN - CHECK DOMAIN

Ask the client to share their whole screen
Make sure they are logged in using the whitelabel domain
Here's how to help if they have not logged in yet.
IF CLIENT REFUSES TO DO IT IN THE WHITEABEL DOMAIN, THE CALL CANNOT PROCEED

  • Make sure to copy the MX and TXT records that are already existing
  • Then, switch to "Custom MX", as seen in the image:

    Add the MX records that GHL requires for the dedicated email domain
  • Add the other MX records the client already had in place.
  • After this, go back to GHL and verify the email domain
