Gift Card Dashboard Overview

Gift Cards function as a flexible prepaid balance, providing customers with store-exclusive funds. And the Gift Card Dashboard provides a consolidated view of how your gift card program is performing over time. So, let's learn how to view and interpret the values it provides.

Date Range

Use the top dropdown menu to set the date range you want to view results for.

Total Gift Cards Issued

This section displays the total cards issued regardless of their recipient and status.

Orders

While this section is selected, you can access the Orders dashboard to view the issued cards and their details.

By switching to the list view, you can get some additional information, such as the remaining card balance.

All Gift Cards

You can also access the All Gift Cards area to view, use, and modify your created gift cards.

The actions you can perform are:

  1. Editing your Gift Card.
  2. Sending a Gift Card to a customer within the system.
  3. Get the checkout page's code to sell your Gift Card.
  4. Get a QR code to sell your Gift Card.
  5. Disable the Gift Card so it can't be purchased.
  6. Delete the Gift Card from the system.

Total Value of Gift Cards Issued

The Total Value of Gift Cards Issued option allows you to view the value of all sent and sold cards within the date range, along with a percentage comparison to the previous date range and a graph to help you visualize your sales.

Additionally, you can hover over the graphs to get more in-depth insights into your sales broken down by date.

Average Order Value

The Average Order Value option allows you to view the median value selected when purchasing the gift cards within the date range, along with a percentage comparison to the previous date range and a graph to help you visualize your sales.

No. of Customers

The “No. of Customers” area allows you to view the total individual customers who've purchased or received a gift card within the selected date range. Its graph helps you visualize a day-to-day breakdown of the incoming customers.

Top Denomination

The Top Denomination area allows you to check the highest value gift card you've sold.

The Gift Card Sale Trends For This Month graph lets you view the daily sale breakdown.

You can view the top 5 highest values you've sold during the selected date range.

Using the dashboard insights will help you improve your revenue and customers' experience. Guiding you on decision-making and improving your gift card management.
