To begin, click on the “+” icon, search and select the “Go To” Action, save the action, and then click on any action within the workflow to want the “Go To” destination to be connected.

Create a Path

To establish a Go-To path, Identify the steps in your workflow where you want to create a connection. Highlighted in light green, these steps can be easily linked. Either drag the light green dot to the target dark green dot or click directly on the target step to create the path automatically.

Once the dots are connected, the path is created, and contacts reaching the “Go To” step will automatically shift to the target event connected by the dotted line. For example, contacts will go directly to the "Create or Update Opportunity" action upon reaching the "GoTo" step.

Delete a Path

To remove a path, click on the unlink icon associated with the connection, and select Remove Path to delete the connection. This ensures workflows remain clear and flexible, even as your processes evolve.
