Gift cards provide recipients with the benefit of choice and flexibility, so if they have opted to purchase one or if you've sent one to any customer, they can use it to buy any of your products. Let's learn how!

Receiving a Gift Card

Once they have completed their gift card purchase or you've sent one to a customer, they will get an email containing the gift card details.

The most important detail will be the Gift Card Code, which they must copy to pay using their funds.

Using A Gift Card At Checkout

When completing a purchase on your funnels, websites, or stores, customers can enter their gift card code in the space provided before their card details.

If you send a payment link to the customer, they can also use it after clicking “Pay.”

For any calendars you're collecting payment for, Gift Card Balance will be a payment option.

Whenever a customer uses their gift card to pay, they will view their available balance under the Gift Card section.

They can continue using their gift card for payment until the balance is depleted, providing an easy way to make purchases from your business. The gift card balance can be redeemed for any product, covering the full amount for all payment providers, and the partial amount, with the remaining balance charged to another payment method using supported payment providers (Stripe, NMI, Authorize.net, Square).
