When reaching out to support, services, customer success, or product teams, you’ll often be asked for your Agency’s Relationship Number. This unique 7-digit identifier (formatted as X-XXX-XXX) helps us quickly locate your agency account and provide you with the best possible service. Here’s how you can find it.

Accessing the Agency View

To find your agency's Relationship Number, go to Agency view (located in the dropdown in the top left corner of the side navigation bar) > Settings > Company. Under the Basic Details tab in the Company Settings, you will see the Relationship Number displayed.

📌NOTE: Each agency account has a unique Relationship Number.

Another way to locate it is by clicking the blue question mark in the top right corner of your screen.

Once opened, you can find and copy the Relationship Number as needed.

📌NOTE: Only Agency Admins and Agency Owners have permission to view the relationship number.
