B-002. Generic Nurture

This module automates the process of nurturing leads through weekly text messages and monthly emails. It ensures consistent engagement with potential customers over an extended period, helping to keep your business top-of-mind.

How It Works: Surface Level

When the automation fires:

  • It sends a series of 52 weekly text messages and 12 monthly emails to contacts who have opted in.
  • It confirms opt-in status before starting the message sequences.
  • It manages replies to ensure appropriate follow-up and removes contacts from nurture workflows if they respond.
  • It connects with other modules and manages pipeline stages based on contact interactions.

Detailed Workflow Steps

Setup for SMS and Emails:

  • SMS Templates:
    • Edit the templates to include the business short name and opt-out instructions.
    • Ensure each weekly SMS is ready for automation.
  • Email Templates:
    • Customize the primary copy, add relevant content (videos, tips, etc.), and ensure correct scheduling links.
    • Update the subject line for each email.

Confirm SMS Opt-In Workflow:

  • Trigger fires when the tag BZRZ02 Execute Marketing Opt-In SMS is added.
  • Sends an initial opt-in request SMS.
  • Adds Opt-In Confirmed tag if the contact opts in, initiating the 52 Weekly Text Messages workflow.
  • Adds B002 SMS Opt-Out tag if the contact opts out, setting them to "Do Not Disturb" for SMS.

52 Weekly Text Messages Workflow:

  • Trigger fires when the tag Execute Weekly Text Messages is added or upon opt-in confirmation.
  • Sends a weekly text message using the pre-defined templates.
  • If content is missing, add a wait step to pause the workflow until more content is available.

Monthly Emails Workflow:

  • Trigger fires when the tag Execute Monthly Emails is added.
  • Sends a monthly email using the pre-defined templates.
  • Adjust the wait period if you need to space out emails due to lacking content.

Handling Customer Replies:

  • Trigger fires when there is a reply from an email or text message.
  • Removes the contact from nurture workflows to prevent further automated messages.
  • Adds a tag indicating the reply type and initiates follow-up actions.

Tag Router Workflow:

  • Aggregates tags and manages contacts based on their interactions.
  • Connects with other modules and updates pipeline stages as needed.
  • Ensures smooth integration and management of contacts across different workflows.
