This module automates the delivery and follow-up of lead magnets via high-level Facebook or TikTok forms. It tracks interactions with the lead magnets and notifies your sales team about engaged prospects. This helps determine whether a sales conversation should be initiated.

 

 

How It Works: Surface Level

When the automation fires:

  • A lead submits a form to receive a lead magnet.
  • The system delivers the lead magnet and sends follow-up messages.
  • It tracks whether the lead clicks on the lead magnet links and responds to follow-up messages.
  • Notifications are sent to the sales team about engaged leads, indicating who to follow up with.

 

Detailed Workflow Steps

Form Submission and Tagging:

  • Lead submits a form to receive a lead magnet.
  • The system adds a tag (e.g., "Lead Magnet 1") to the lead's profile.
  • The workflow for delivering the lead magnet and initiating follow-up sequences starts.

Lead Magnet Delivery and Follow-Up Workflow:

  • Each form submission starts a specific workflow linked to the submitted form.
  • The workflow sends follow-up messages using predefined message templates.
  • The lead magnet is delivered, and follow-up questions are sent to assess engagement.

Tracking Interactions:

  • The system monitors if the lead clicks on links in the follow-up messages.
  • When a link is clicked, a tag is added to the lead's profile (e.g., "Link Clicked - Lead Magnet 1").
  • If the lead responds to follow-up messages, another tag is added (e.g., "Replied - Lead Magnet 1").

Sales Team Notifications:

  • Interaction tags trigger a notification workflow.
  • Notifications are sent to the sales team via the app and email.
  • The sales team is informed about the lead's engagement and prompted to follow up.

Tag Routing Workflow:

  • Aggregates all tags related to lead magnet activities.
  • Allows users to customize additional actions based on the tags added.
  • Facilitates integration with other workflows or systems within the snapshot.
