How to Bulk Company Import & Export

Managing business-to-business relationships in your system is easy with the Companies tab, which allows you to manage their information and automate processes. So, if you were managing company lists before getting your CRM, or want to move your data to an external system, these bulk actions are for you. Let's learn how to use them!

Importing Companies

To create new companies or update existing ones with duplicate detection, field mapping, verification, and detailed import tracking, head to the Smart Lists tab in the Contacts section and click Import.

Select Companies, then click Next.

In the Upload step, add your CSV file (1), then select whether you want to create new companies, update existing ones, or both (2).

Map the information to the corresponding fields inside the system, and check the box next to them if you would like to keep existing values when no information is added in the CSV file, then click Next.

Once satisfied with your mapping, click Start Bulk Import.

Exporting Companies

To export multiple company records, head to the Companies tab in the Contacts section. In there, select the Companies you want and click export to download a CSV copy of their information.

By following these steps, you can easily manage large company datasets, speed up system migrations, and share data with external teams or stakeholders. Helping you effectively eliminate the need for manual record-by-record creation or extraction.
