Managing your Opportunities and keeping your Pipelines clean and organized is key to ensuring their relevancy. However, deleting opportunities individually is inefficient. So, let's learn how to remove multiple records at once and restore them later if needed.

Deleting Opportunities

Go to the Opportunities, hover over the opportunities you wish to delete, and check the box next to them.

Click the delete option, indicated by a trash can icon.

Type “DELETE” then click Delete to confirm the action.

Once done, you'll get a notification that the deletion is in progress. Bulk deletions run asynchronously, so you can continue working while the process completes.

Restoring Opportunities

To undo all deletions, head to the Bulk Actions tab, click the three-dots next to the action, then select Restore.

To undo a single deletion, click the three-dot icon in the top-right corner and select Restore Opportunities.

This will open the Audit Logs page with the proper filters already applied.

Click the opportunity you want to restore, then click Restore in the bottom right corner.

Clean up large volumes of stale or invalid opportunities in seconds, allowing you to confidently declutter pipelines without fear of permanent data loss, while maintaining full visibility into destructive actions via audit-friendly tracking, explicit confirmation, and a 60-day recovery window. We hope you enjoy it!
