Prospecting Premium enables you to generate unlimited Marketing Audit Reports to effectively analyze your prospects; however, should you no longer require the feature, you may effortlessly cancel the subscription from your account. This guide provides a step-by-step overview of how to cancel your Agency Prospecting Tool subscription in a few simple steps.

How It Works

First, navigate to the Prospecting Tab in your Agency Account and click on Settings.

Select Unsubscribe and follow the three-step cancellation flow to confirm.

• Step 1: This step displays the Agency Name and the date the subscription was created for you to verify that the correct subscription is being canceled.

• Step 2: In this step, you can get further information on the feature, or speak to an implementation specialist for additional guidance.

• Step 3: Finally, please select a reason for canceling your subscription from the available options and provide any additional details in the field below.

This gives you greater control over your subscription and provides clear, upfront information for a transparent cancellation process.

What Happens After You Cancel

• Your access to the Premium Prospecting Tool will be immediately revoked.
• All your saved data and reports will remain available.
• You can still generate free reports, ensuring continued access to key features even after cancellation.
