Replicating existing WordPress sites is an efficient process, allowing users to retain all content, themes, plugins, and configurations during the cloning process. This functionality streamlines website management while ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Key Features

  • Role-Based Access Control: The cloning process is protected by user roles, granting cloning permissions only to authorized individuals for enhanced security.
  • Progress Indicators: Real-time progress indicators provide transparency and allow users to monitor the cloning process smoothly.

How It Works

Navigate to the WordPress Dashboard within the Sites section of your account to begin, then select the Create Site button. Next, click the Incomplete Setup Card then opt to choose from an existing site to copy the contents of an existing site.

Select the Sub-Account from the dropdown menu, then choose the Source Site and enter the New Website Name in the provided field.

Once you are satisfied with your configurations, click the Clone button to load the new site.

The cloned site will function independently of the original, ensuring any changes made do not affect the source site.

📌Note: The domain name, site backups, analytics data, and FTP users will not be copied to the new site.

This feature enhances site management efficiency, enabling users to replicate WordPress sites effortlessly while maintaining full flexibility and control.Â
