Creating a Facebook Story
Access the Social Planner
Navigate to the Marketing section in your dashboard, then click on Social Planner.
If you haven't already done so, connect your Facebook page(s) to the Social Planner. Follow the prompts to authorize access to your Facebook account.

Compose a New Post
Click the option to Create a New Post to open the post composer.
Select Your Social Channels
From the Post To dropdown menu, select the Facebook page(s) you wish to post to.
Ensure you have chosen Facebook Story as your post type within the Facebook Options section.
Type Content
Using the editor, add your desired content, including an image or video.
Post Your Facebook Story
Once you've finalized your content, click Post to set a specific time and date for your story to go live. Alternatively, you can publish the story immediately.

Content Requirements
You can upload one image or one video per Facebook Story.
- Image Files: Accepted formats are JPEG, PNG, or GIF with a maximum file size of 4MB.
- Video Files: Supported in all formats, with a maximum file size of 1GB. Videos should be a minimum of 3 seconds and a maximum of 90 seconds in length, with a minimum resolution of 540 x 960 pixels.
Limitations
Facebook Stories do not support custom thumbnails or OG Meta Tags.
