Rentals help you manage products that have duration-based, inventory-driven bookings, such as vacation properties or equipment. To help you effectively keep track of your availability, you can create Rental Listings that allow you to manage them in a single platform, from customers creating reservations to monitoring once a rental is active. Let's learn how to create the entries
Getting Started
To get started, access your Calendar Settings inside your Calendars section.

Once inside the Calendar Settings, head to the Rentals tab.

Locate the + New Listing button in the upper-right corner of the page and click it.

- Set the pricing per booking unit, for example, $50 for every day.

Advanced Settings
General Information
In this section, you can customize the basic listing information of your listing.

Upload images to showcase your listing; the first image added will also be used as the listing's thumbnail.

Provide a summary or details about what this listing offers.

If you want to use a specific form, toggle the “Enable Listing Specific Form” option and select any Form previously created in the Sites section.

Inventory & Pricing
You can manage the available stock, variants, and pricing of your listing in this section.

You can track the available stock for any listing by toggling this option on.

In the pricing section, you can modify the base price (1) and time unit (2) used for calculating the rental rates.

The Advanced Pricing allows you to configure optional rules and discounts that adjust the base price. These options are:
- Seasonal Pricing: This allows you to set special prices for specific dates.
- Day Of Week Pricing: Use this option to set an added percentage to charge for selected weekdays.
- Hour Of Day Pricing: This option lets you add a percentage to charge during a certain time range.
- Duration Discounts: Use this option to add discounts to a booking that exceeds a set amount of time.
- Quantity Discounts: This option allows you to add discounts to a booking containing multiple units.

If you have multiple variants of a listing, you can toggle this option on.

Click add new to include more variants. You must configure each previously mentioned section for each variant you add.

Booking Settings
Configure availability, booking behavior, and scheduling rules for the listing in this section. First, select how customers select the rental duration during booking. The option selected by default allows customers to select the time and day of their booking within operating hours.

When renting per day, you can use the “Date Selector” to set a start and end time for your rental.

To rent during specific stretches of time, select the “Fixed Durations” option. Once selected follow these additional steps:
- If you want to allow customers to decide the starting time of the rental, keep this toggle on.
- If you disabled the start time selector, enter a starting and ending time for non-hourly rentals.
- Enter the rental duration and click Confirm & Add to save it.

Once the first interval is added, you can click Add New Interval to create additional entries.

Additionally, you can configure these rules for the booking:
- Minimum Duration: Set the minimum duration for which a booking can be made.
- Maximum Duration: Set the maximum duration for which a booking can be made.
- Pre & Post Buffer Time: This functions as a cushion between bookings, providing you time to maintain and reset the product.
- Minimum Scheduling Notice: This will limit how soon customers can book the listing.
- Max Advance Booking Window: This limits how far in advance a listing can be booked.

Calendar Sync
Use this section to sync your availability across platforms to stay up-to-date. You can add bookings from third-party calendars (1) or get the export URL (2) to connect this listing to external calendars.

Once satisfied with your configuration, click Save Changes.

To preview how customers view your listings, click the View Booking Page option.

By managing your listings this way, you have full control over availability, pricing logic, booking types, and multi-item checkouts. Maintaining the real-life needed flexibility while ensuring order. We hope you enjoy it!
