A snapshot is a template of a specific sub-account designed to transfer various assets, such as Funnels/Websites, Calendars, Workflows, Ad Manager Campaigns, Custom Values, Conversation AI Bots, and more, to another account. The primary purpose of this feature is to enable agency users to build and customize multiple assets and settings that can be seamlessly applied to new accounts. This guide will walk you through setting up a snapshot to significantly reduce the work required during the account creation process.
Creating a Snapshot
To begin, log in to your Agency View. Once logged in, navigate to the Account Snapshot section, which is where you can create and manage snapshots of your account's data. Next, click on "Create New Snapshot" to start the process of generating a new snapshot.

In the Snapshot Name field, provide a clear and descriptive name for your snapshot. This will help you easily identify it later, especially if you create multiple snapshots over time.

After naming your snapshot, move on to the Sub-Account field. Here, you'll be prompted to select which account you want to base the snapshot on. Use the dropdown menu to choose the appropriate account from the available options.

Once you have named your snapshot and selected the account, click next to select the list of assets to include.
đź“ŚNote: Restricted assets will not be part of your Snapshot as they are imported from Assets Protected Snapshots.

In this section, you can click the “Select All” button to include all assets at once, or you can manually select individual assets. Additionally, you can expand each category to view and select the specific assets within it.

After confirming the snapshot configuration, click “Proceed” to finalize the creation of the snapshot. This will save all the selected settings and generate your snapshot, which you can then load to the desired subaccount(s) as needed.

Once you’ve completed these steps, your snapshot will be successfully created and saved. You can now easily manage and apply it to other accounts as needed, streamlining the process of transferring assets and settings.
