Efficiently managing notifications is essential for maintaining clear communication and ensuring smooth appointment scheduling. By fully customizing notification content and selecting specific recipients, you can deliver tailored messages to the right audience. Additionally, notification types extend beyond the standard confirmation email, offering options for Appointment Booked, Cancellation, Reschedule, Reminder, and Follow-Up notifications. Furthermore, notifications are delivered via both the web and mobile apps, offering the flexibility to send updates to assigned users or specific team members.

Steps to Configure Notifications

Configuring Email Notifications

Navigate to Calendar > Calendar Settings, then select the option to edit the desired calendar.

Go to the Notifications tab, choose a notification type and click the pencil icon to Edit.

Enable Email Notification by toggling it on and customize the content for different recipients.

Select an existing email template or create a custom subject line and email body.

You can also configure alert emails and send a test email for verification.

Click Save to finalize your settings.

Configuring In-App Notifications

From the Notifications tab, select the notification type and click the pencil icon to Edit.

Switch to the In-App tab and toggle on In-App Notification.

Specify the recipient(s) for the notifications.

Click Save to apply the changes.

📌Note: For Event Calendars, the default recipient for in-app notifications is the account admin, while for other calendar types, the assigned user receives them by default.

Leverage these features to manage your appointments seamlessly and keep your team and clients informed every step of the way.
