Available Notification Emails

How to Customize Notification Emails
To begin customizing your store notification emails:
Navigate to Payments > Settings > Notifications in your dashboard.

Enable or disable each email type using the toggle switch to control which messages are sent to customers.

Select and Preview Templates
For each enabled email notification type, select the template you’d like to use. You can choose from professionally designed system templates or your own. All templates are fully editable, allowing you to align the content and design with your brand’s voice, style, and messaging standards.

Clicking on the preview button allows you to view and edit the template content in real time.

Edit Subject Lines

Send After
For abandoned cart emails, configure the length of time the system should wait before sending the email after a cart has been abandoned.

Save Your Changes
Finally, be sure to save your changes. All changes must be saved for them to take effect - unsaved edits will not be reflected in outgoing emails.
