As an agency admin, you can customize the template library view for each sub-account, allowing for a more tailored and relevant experience. By hiding irrelevant categories, ensure that sub-accounts only see the templates that align with their specific needs or industries.
For example, you can show only marketing categories for locations focused on marketing or create exclusive premium categories for high-tier clients.
Use Cases
- Subscription-Based Customization: Display templates based on the subscription type of the sub-account.
- Industry-Specific Adjustments: Show templates aligned with the niche of a particular location.
- Premium Categories: Provide exclusive categories for premium clients to add extra value.
How It Works
Navigate to the Template Library in Agency View, then click the Settings icon.
Select the option to manage your template library preferences for Sub-accounts.
Locate the sub-account by utilizing the search bar, or scanning through the list, then click the Edit icon.
Choose a product from the dropdown menu to tailor templates specifically for that product.
Hide or show categories as necessary to tailor the view. To hide all categories from being shown in the template library, toggle the Hide All Categories option.
📌Note: Agency-level hidden Categories can't be changed at the Sub-account level.
Once you have configured the templates for all products, save your changes to ensure your adjustments are applied to the selected account.
Templates tagged exclusively to hidden categories will no longer be visible to that sub-account, ensuring a clean and relevant template library view. To review what will appear in the sub-account view, click Preview.
Customizing the template library allows you to deliver a more focused and efficient experience, improving usability and aligning with each sub-account's specific requirements.
