How To Customize The Onboarding Email That Is Sent To New Subaccount Users?

The Welcome email you send your customers can set the tone for what they can expect in your agency and help set expectations straight. So if you are looking to make the welcome email special for new sub-account users. Here's how you can do it:

Inside your Agency View, navigate to the SaaS configurator on the left menu and head to the "Advanced Settings" tab at the top.

Click the Customize Now option.

In the email builder that pops up, you can change the layout, add special details, and match it with your brand's theme.

After making your customizations, remember to click "Save."

The template is stored in the sub-account you picked when you first created the template. It's important not to delete the email template at its source. If you do that, you'll lose your customizations, and all future emails will return to the default template.
