Updating your Smart List filters is a powerful way to precisely segment your contacts based on critical information, such as their sales progress and interactions with your company. This precision ensures that you consistently work with targeted and relevant customer segments, enhancing your marketing efforts and operational efficiency.

Accessing Your Smart List

To start editing your Smart List, select the desired Smart List from the upper panel of your contact list. This action will filter the list to display only the contacts that meet the specified criteria.

Select the "More Filters" option to view the current filters applied to your Smart List.

Within this modal, you can remove the existing filtering settings by clicking the "Clear All Filters" button, then proceed to apply the relevant filters. Alternatively, use the “And” or “Or” operators to add and customize additional filtering options to suit your specific needs. After selecting the appropriate option, fill in the details and click "Apply" at the bottom right of the page.

Add more filters until you're satisfied with your selection.

Saving Your Smart List

Once all desired filters have been added, click "Save" at the bottom of the page to ensure that all changes are retained within the existing Smart List.

If you wish to save your changes under a new Smart List, click the “Save as New” button and enter a name for the new list in the popup modal.

Confirm this action by clicking save.

To discard the adjustments you have made, click the “Undo Unsaved” button. This action will revert the changes, allowing you to return to the previous state of your Smart List without retaining any of the modifications you made during the current session.

By carefully managing and saving your Smart List filters, you can maintain an organized and effective contact database. Whether you choose to save your changes to the existing list, create a new Smart List, or discard unsaved modifications, these actions help you maintain a high level of control and accuracy in your contact management. This approach allows for more focused and impactful interactions with your customer base.
