Properly managing sub-account transfer permissions is essential for controlling user access within your agency. By adjusting these settings, you can grant or restrict the ability to view, manage, and eject sub-accounts, ensuring that only authorized team members can perform these actions.

📌Note: This feature can only be modified by Agency Owners for enhanced security.

How It Works

Access Roles and Permissions

Navigate to the Teams page within your Agency Settings, then click the pencil icon corresponding to the relevant agency user/admin.

Modify Sub-Account Transfer Access

Next, head to Sub-Account Transfers within the Roles and Permissions section.

Enable/Disable the feature to suit your preferences, then check or uncheck the "View & manage sub-account transfers / eject" option to grant or restrict permissions for selected users.

Changes to permissions are applied immediately, ensuring real-time access control for your team members.

By configuring these permissions appropriately, you can maintain control over sub-account management, prevent unauthorized changes, and ensure that only designated team members can oversee account transitions.
