Before you can enable the Prospecting Tool, ensure that your agency's Stripe account is connected. This account will be used to collect subscription payments for the Prospecting Tool from your clients.
Enabling the Prospecting Tool
To activate the Prospecting Tool, navigate to the Reselling Tab in your agency dashboard.

Activate the feature to grant access to your sub-accounts. Once enabled, you will be able to view the HighLevel price and set your preferred pricing in the "Your Price" field. The system will automatically calculate and display the monthly profit for each sub-account in this section. Be sure to click the "Save" button to apply your changes.

Customizing the Feature for Specific Clients
If you'd like to offer a customized rate to certain clients, you can do so by navigating to the Sub-Accounts section and locating the client in the list.

Once located, click the Manage Client option from the actions menu.

This allows you to configure their personalized pricing from the Reselling tab.

Scroll to the Prospecting section which will be enabled by default, then adjust the pricing, and save!
Disabling the Feature for Specific Clients
For clients who should not have access to the Prospecting Tool, you can disable the offer. Go to the List of Accounts, search for the client, and toggle off the Offer Prospecting option in their Reselling details.

📌Note: This option is only available before the client has purchased the tool. Once a purchase has been made, the offer cannot be disabled.
Client Purchase Process
Account users can preview the key features of the Prospecting Tool before purchasing by navigating to the Marketing > Prospecting tab. Additionally, they can generate a sample Marketing Audit Report, which includes all relevant data, providing them with a comprehensive view of the insights available through the tool.

When they are ready to purchase, they can click the Subscribe Now button. After clicking Continue, the system will create a subscription, process the payment, and direct them to the Prospecting Tool dashboard.
Billing Process
When your client purchases the Prospecting Tool, two subscriptions are created in the system:
- A subscription between your client's payment method and your connected Stripe account, allowing you to collect payments from your clients.
- A subscription between HighLevel and your agency’s Stripe account, allowing you to pay the $29/month fee to HighLevel.
