When the system makes a user account for someone who signs up for a SaaS Mode plan, their User Permissions are set according to the Sub-Account Level permissions. These permissions are based on the features included in each SaaS plan you offer. However, if you want to customize features or permissions beyond what each SaaS plan offers for a specific subaccount, follow these steps to achieve it.

📌Note: Users can't have more permissions than what's allowed at the Sub-Account Level.

Customizing Features

Inside the Agency View, head to the Accounts tab and find the subaccount for which you want to adjust permissions, then click its name to access Client Management.

Switch to the SaaS tab and locate the "Enable/Disable Products" section on the right side.

Use the dot marker to turn the desired features on or off, then click Save to set your changes

Enabling Feature

Enabling a feature also grants the corresponding User Permission, which the admin can adjust. To do this, log into the sub-account, open Settings, and navigate to My Staff. Then, click Edit to fine-tune the User's Permissions.

And there you have it! Now you can customize the features offered inside of a subaccount beyond what is automatically set when the account came to life when someone signed up for a Stripe Subscription.
