Managing templates effectively can save time and ensure a clutter-free workspace. If you'd like to simplify your view by hiding all future GHL templates, follow these steps. This feature allows you to control which templates are visible for different products, providing a cleaner and more organized experience.

📌Note: This setting only impacts future templates. Any existing templates that were previously reviewed and assigned a status will remain unaffected.

Access the Template Library in Admin View

Navigate to the Agency section and open the Template Library (Admin View).

Open Settings

Click on Settings to access the configuration options.

Select the Scope of the Setting

Use the dropdown menu to specify a particular product the setting applies to. If you wish to hide future templates for all products, you may do so in the next step. This flexibility allows you to customize the visibility based on your needs.

Enable "Hide All GHL Templates"

In the View Preferences section, toggle the option to Hide All GHL Templates for the selected product. 

Additionally, you can enable the option to apply the setting to all products if desired. This will prevent future templates from being displayed.

Save Your Changes

After selecting the desired preferences, click Save to finalize your settings.
