Start by heading to your Agency Settings and opening the Ask AI Configuration section. There, click + Map new agent to start.

Select the sub-account where your custom agent lives.

Select your Agent, then click Next.

Clearly define what your agent can do, try to get into detail, as it will aid Ask AI’s planning.

Add each key capability or example query your agent can handle as an individual line item by clicking + Add.

Once you've added all its capabilities, click Save & Integrate.
