Marketplace Apps help you easily add value to your offers, adding more tools customers can benefit from to your CRM. So, if you have a consistent set of add-ons you like to include in clients' sub-accounts, adding them directly to your SaaS Plan will help you smooth out your operations. Let's learn how!

Pre-Requisite

You can only include Marketplace Apps in already existing SaaS Plans. If you haven't created one before, we recommend checking the article “SaaS Mode - Full Setup Guide + FAQ”, then coming back after you've created a plan!

Editing an Existing Plan

Navigate to the Plans & Pricing tab inside the SaaS Configurator section of your agency view and click “Edit Details” under your desired plan.

Inside the configurator, switch to the Marketplace Apps tab.

Click the + icon under Actions to include the app in the bundle.

Select which plan tier of the app you’d like to bundle with your SaaS plan if it's a paid app, and click Save.

Repeat for each app you want to include (up to 10 per plan), then click Save Changes to confirm.

Removing An App

To remove an app, click the Bin Button next to the app.

Click Delete to confirm the warning.

Repeat any other app you want to remove and click Save Changes to confirm.

Any new sub-accounts created after saving your changes will have this app auto-installed as part of their offer, letting you charge a higher price for your plans and improve the uniqueness of your offers, letting you differentiate your business from competitors.

FAQs

Q: Who can bundle Marketplace apps into SaaS plans?

A: Agency Owners/Admins with access to the SaaS Configurator.

Q: Do existing sub-accounts get apps automatically if I add them to a plan later?

A: No. Auto-install applies to new sub-accounts created after saving your changes. Existing sub-accounts can add the apps manually.

Q: If I remove a bundled app from a plan, does it uninstall from current clients?

No. Removal stops future installs only. Existing sub-accounts keep the app until it’s manually uninstalled.
