In this article, we will guide you through reselling WordPress to your clients, from setting up payment collections to customizing offers for specific clients. Whether you’re new to reselling or looking to enhance your current setup, this guide will help you efficiently manage your WordPress offerings.
Connect Your Agency Stripe Account
The first step to reselling WordPress hosting is to connect your agency’s Stripe account. This account will serve as the primary method for collecting subscription payments for WordPress hosting. To begin, head to Agency Settings > Stripe Integration and follow the on-screen instructions. By linking your Stripe account, you can securely process payments, ensuring a smooth transaction experience for both you and your clients.
Picking Your Plan
Once your Stripe account is connected, the next step is selecting a pricing plan that suits your business model. Navigate to the Agency Left Menu and click on the Reselling screen to view the available options.

Scroll to the WordPress section, then click the option to View Plans.

Currently, there are standard, utility, and unlimited plans available for all users:
- Pay-as-you-go Plan: This plan charges a monthly/annual subscription fee per site.
- Truly Unlimited Plan: This plan charges a monthly/annual subscription fee with no restrictions on the amount of sites you can create.

You have the flexibility to resell each offering at a price of your choosing. This allows you to set a pricing strategy that aligns with your business goals while providing competitive offerings to your clients.
Setting Your Sales Price
After selecting your plan, return to the Reselling tab. Here, you can set the price at which you will sell WordPress hosting to your clients, giving you full control over your margins. This section enables you to customize the pricing for your business model, ensuring that it fits within your overall strategy.

Including WordPress in Your SaaS Plan
Offer WordPress as an Add On by heading to the SaaS Configurator and create or edit a Plan inside the Plans & Pricing tab.

Switch to the Add-Ons tab, then choose WordPress from the available options.

Once you have done so, click save to maintain your changes.
Personalizing Offers for Certain Clients
If you would like to offer a different rate or special promotion to specific clients, you can easily personalize offers. Navigate to the Account List in your dashboard, search for the sub-account, and click it's name.

From the Reselling section, you can customize the pricing or offers based on the unique needs of that client.

This feature is particularly useful for creating tailored deals or offering discounts to valued customers.
Disabling Offers for Certain Clients
If you need to prevent certain clients from purchasing WordPress hosting, you can disable the offer within the sub-account reselling tab. From here, you can toggle off the Offer WordPress option, preventing the offer from appearing for that client.

📌Note: This option can only be disabled before the sale occurs. Once a client has purchased WordPress hosting, the offer cannot be disabled through this method.
How Is the Experience for Your Clients?
Your clients will discover your WordPress offering through several channels within their dashboard:
- Top Bar Notification Banner: A one-time notification will appear at the top of their dashboard. Once dismissed, it will no longer appear.
- LaunchPad Item: Clients can access the WordPress offering directly through the LaunchPad.

- Location Left Menu: Under the Sites section, they will see WordPress, where they can learn more about the offer.

These methods ensure that your clients are informed and can easily find the WordPress feature when they’re ready to make a purchase.
How Do Your Clients Complete the Purchase?
Once your clients have discovered the WordPress offering, they can proceed to purchase it by clicking the Get Started button. This will guide them through the purchase process. When they click Continue, the system will automatically create the subscription, process the payment, and direct them to the WordPress dashboard to begin using the service.
How Does the Billing Work?
When a client purchases WordPress, the system generates two separate subscriptions:
- Client-to-Agency Subscription: This subscription processes the payment from your client’s card to your Stripe account, allowing you to collect payments for the WordPress hosting services.
- Agency-to-HighLevel Subscription: This subscription processes the charge to your card, which is paid to HighLevel for the hosting service.
By following the steps outlined in this guide, you can efficiently manage subscriptions, customize offers, and streamline the billing process. Whether you’re looking to personalize client offerings or disable certain features for specific accounts, the flexible reselling options put you in full control of your business operations, making it easier than ever to provide quality WordPress hosting to your clients.
