Gift cards offer recipients the benefit of choice and flexibility, providing your business with an easy way to provide funds to customers and allowing you to issue funds for loyalty, compensation, refunds, or promotions. So, if you've created gift cards inside your system and want to send one to a client, follow these steps.
After creating your gift cards, still within the Gift Cards tab of the Payments section, open the All Gift Cards area and click the Send option.

Use the dropdown menu to select any of your customers you want to send the gift card to, then click Continue. You can only select contacts who have an email added in the system.

Add a personal message that would be sent with the gift card. While writing this message, you can aid yourself with 'Write with AI' and prewritten prompts to draft the message.

If managing multiple values, select one from the dropdown menu.

Pick a delivery method (1), set a delivery date (2), and click continue (3).

View the email preview, which includes the gift card and other details. If the information is correct, click Send Gift Card.

📌 Note: The email's content can't be edited.
When a gift card is sent, it is delivered to the customer's email address associated with the purchase. Sending a gift card also impacts inventory, reducing it every time a gift card is sent, and providing an easy way to provide funds to customers that they can only spend in your store.
