Sending review requests is essential for obtaining valuable feedback that helps improve your products, services, and customer experience. By actively seeking reviews, you gain insights into what customers appreciate and where improvements are needed. Positive reviews build trust and serve as social proof, encouraging potential customers to engage with your brand. Additionally, addressing negative feedback allows you to resolve issues, strengthen customer relationships, and ultimately improve your offerings. In this article, we will walk you through the steps to send review requests via WhatsApp.

Configure Review Requests

To initiate a review request, begin by navigating to the Reputation Settings within your account. Ensure that the WhatsApp Review Requests feature is enabled and properly configured to align with your preferences. Customize your message template by incorporating dynamic placeholders and call-to-action links. Finally, submit the request for Meta approval, which typically takes 1-2 minutes to process.

Once your settings are confirmed, click Save in the lower-right corner to apply your changes. 

Sending Manual Review Requests

Once your review request is configured, go to the Requests tab within the Reputation section. Here, you'll find a list of contacts who have received requests, along with key details such as the date each request was sent.

Click the Send Review Request button to initiate the process. 

You will then need to provide the following contact details:

• Contact Name
• Valid phone number (Optional)
• Valid email address (Optional)

Select the option to send the review request via WhatsApp, and then click the Send Review Request button. The review request will be added to the queue and sent based on the configured settings.

Monitor the status of each request in the Requests tab to stay organized and optimize your strategy for maintaining a positive online presence.
