Using The Recurring Payment Option
Start by heading to the builder of your Forms or Surveys tab and editing or creating a new entry.

Once inside the builder, add the Collect Payment element.

Click the element to open its settings.

Scroll down to the Payment Fields and toggle the Recurring Payments on.

Set the frequencies you want donors to be able to select by checking/unchecking the box next to them.

Add any other elements you wish to your form, save your changes, and you're done! Now you know how to create a form/survey that can handle repeat payments automatically, saving you time and helping you grow consistent, reliable donation support.
