How to Set Up Your Whitelabel App

The key to ensuring your agency's success is establishing a unique experience that customers feel satisfied with. So, it's natural you want to take control of the Mobile experience you're providing. With the Self-Service Whitelabelled Mobile App Customizer, you can build the perfect client experience easily. Follow along to learn how!

Creating A Custom App

In your Agency View, navigate to the Mobile App section and click Mobile App Settings.

Select “Custom Agency App” as your app type, then click confirm.

Fill out the app's details, which will be:

  1. App Name: To define how the app should appear in the App Store and Google Play.
  2. Company Domain: Add the domain you want to link with the app here.
  3. Package Name: This is the unique app identifier used for both Android and iOS; it typically includes the domain and app name, but you can add extra text if needed

After clicking Start Customization, your app will start generating, and the tab's display will change.

Customizing Your App

Click the arrow underneath branding to start your customization.

Branding

In this section, you can customize your app's logo (1), loading screen icon (2), and the initial screen displayed when launching your app (3).

Customization

This section lets you personalize how your app looks after being launched. Here you can modify:

  1. Colors: To define the colors applied to the app, here you can use a color picker to define the primary, secondary, tertiary, and error colors, then auto-generate all other needed colors.
  2. Fonts: Select the font you want to use for the app's content here.
  3. Modules: To manage which modules are shown inside the app, simply toggle the button next to them on or off.
  4. Module Order: Define where in the app each module can be accessed through; you can locate them at the bottom or left bars by simply dragging and dropping them into place.

Distributing Your App

In the Distribution tab, you can set the specifics of how you will present your app for installation.

Profile

This section helps you set your information as a developer (1) and extra app details (2) to help customers identify that this is the correct app.

Channels

In this section, you can control the channels on which you distribute your app. Clicking “Set Up” will prompt you to connect your App Store or Play Store account.

Subscription

Lastly, select a Subscription model to acquire this feature and launch your app.

Once you launch your app, customers can start accessing it on their preferred device, helping you maintain a branded experience that's sure to capture their attention.
