The “Me” filter allows you to create a dynamic view that showcases opportunities owned or followed by the user that is accessing them. This helps you standardize "my opportunities" across the team with a single shared definition, and provide faster context for prep before calls and daily triage. Let's learn how to use it!
As A Smart Tag
Head to the Pipelines tab inside the Opportunities section and edit or create a pipeline.

Head to the Smart tags section and click “Add Smart Tag.”

Add a name to your tag (1), add a description (2), and select a color for the tag (3), then check the box to apply it to all pipelines if needed (4).

In the Add Rule section, select Owner or Follower.

In the value dropdown, select “me,” then click save.

Once ready, click Save in the bottom right corner.

As a Smart List Filter
Inside the Opportunities tab, click Advanced Filters.

Select the Owner or Follower filter under Opportunity Details.

Set the operator as “Is any of” then select “Me” as the filter.

Add any other filter as Nested Filters for conditions that should be met simultaneously, or click Add Filter for conditions that can be individually met. Then click Apply to start filtering.

Click Unsaved Changes in the top right corner, then select Save or Save as new smartlist.

If saving as a new Smart List, give it a name, then click Create.

Once you’ve saved your Smart List, click Customize List.

Select Sharing & Permissions.

Select the users you want to share your list with (1), select their level of access (2), and lastly click Share to grant them access (3).

This new view will change to reflect the opportunities for the user whose section is active. This removes the need to build a separate filter view per user, creating a more efficient view that allows your team to focus on priority opportunities. We hope you enjoy it!
