Reply Type

You can choose between, Reply to DM which sends a private message to users who have previously messaged your Instagram account, and Reply to Comment via DM which Sends a direct message to users who commented on your Instagram post.

Buttons
Add up to three action buttons to messages, like opening a URL or triggering a workflow step, by clicking + Add New Button and defining their functions; for the Wait Step, set a customizable wait period (default 1 minute) to allow customer responses, with the workflow automatically proceeding via the "Default Timeout" branch if no input is received.

Quick Replies are predefined, tappable responses on Instagram Messenger that make communication easy, allowing up to 13 options (20 characters each) to guide conversations. Add them using the + Add Quick Reply button. Also, you can set a customizable wait time (default 1 minute) for responses, and let the workflow proceed via the "Default Timeout" branch if no input is received.
