Certificates are one of the most important parts of courses, and there are plenty of ways to deliver them one of them is by automating the sending process with one of your workflows. This could be from you marking a task as completed or them completing the product for example

To set this up start by adding a new action and selecting Issue Certificate.

 

Once selected you will be prompted to select from your Certificate Templates for the one you will be sending out. Keep in mind that if the contact who triggered the workflow doesn't have fields used by the template they will be replaced by a blank space.

Save the action after selecting the template and you are done! Now you can send certificates left and right without lifting a finger.
